1. The 30-Day Evaluation Period
Patrons acquiring pieces from our ready-to-wear spatial collection enjoy a complimentary 30-day trial period from the date of confirmed delivery. During this period, you may arrange a complimentary salon fitting, an exchange of silhouette or size, or a complete refund.
2. Garment Integrity Criteria
Due to the delicate nature of architectural silk drapery and engineered alloy structures, returns must satisfy the following conditions:
- The piece must remain unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all original security seals intact.
- Original archival cedarwood packaging, garment covers, and numbered provenance certificates must accompany the return.
- Footwear must be evaluated exclusively on soft, carpeted surfaces to preserve mirror-finish outsoles.
3. Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Commissions
Creations cut to bespoke anatomical measurements through private salon appointments represent unique artistic objects tailored to an individual patron. As such, bespoke commissions are non-refundable, but include complimentary lifetime tailoring adjustments by our atelier.
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate an exchange or return, email support@tridentstylestore.com or call +1 866-557-3631 within the eligible window to receive a Return Authorization. Approved returns should be shipped, in original condition and packaging, to our returns department:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
